Ministry of Education
20 ECE Hours
If your child is aged between three and up until the day before they start school, the cost of a Nanny can be subsidised for up to six hours a day and up to 20 hours a week.
We pay out $4.50 per hour to our Families for three and four-year-olds not using their 20 ECE hours elsewhere.
If your child uses some ECE hours elsewhere (10 hours at a preschool for example), we can help you access the remaining ECE hours that are available to you.
Work and Income (WINZ)
We are a verified vendor of Work and Income and can accept funding for Families who qualify for the Home Help and Out of School Care and Recreation (OSCAR) subsidies. Work and Income may be able to help pay for childcare for up to 50 hours a week depending on your circumstances.
Home Help is available for Families expecting or adopting twins or multiples and already have another child under five to help with the cost of home help to complete household tasks or training in parenting skills. If you are eligible we can help you access as much as $4,000 in the first 12 months.
OSCAR is a payment that helps Families with the costs of before and after school care, and school holiday programmes.
